Dr. Stephanie Zoltowski-Siordia, United States Navy veteran and founder of Spectrum Training Solutions, LLC, brings attention to an often overlooked aspect of policing—interaction with those in the special needs population.

Dr. Stephanie Zoltowski is a military veteran who served as a police officer in the Navy.

She earned her Doctorate of Business Psychology degree in 2015, specializing in consulting and employee productivity.

Her specialties are mental health, professional development, and behavioral therapy for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. 

She has many certifications including Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor (CPI), ASIST Suicide Training, Mental Health First Aid, Domestic Violence & Abuser Intervention, and Behavioral Health for Military Personnel. 

She is the owner and a training consultant with Spectrum Training Solutions, LLC, a company that seeks to provide law enforcement officers and other first responders customized training to improve interactions with the special needs population and maximize safety for all parties involved.
